Position Information: 

Position Name: Account Executive

Location:  Dallas, TX

Experience: 2+ years related experience in advertising or marketing

Account:  Midas


Successful candidate will have: 

1. Minimum 2 years’ agency or corporate experience at the Account Executive level

2. Strong time management and prioritization skills

3. Excellent communication, customer service, computer, and analytical/problem solving skills

4. Experience working with a franchise business preferred


Job Summary:

The Account Executive will work to develop and execute local marketing plans to grow sales and profitability and develop and enhance relationship with franchisee.


Job Requirements:

  • Requires strong customer service, computer, and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task a must
  • Applies varied approaches to solve moderate business and/or creative challenges or significance to the DMA or franchisee
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required
  • Minimum 2 years’ agency or client experience
  • Experience working with a franchise business preferred
  • Minimal travel required


Education &/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, and 2+ years’ agency or corporate experience at the Manager level


Applications Required:
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan budget(s) with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Ensure stability and on-going communication with franchisees
  • Establish and build strong personal and working relationships with franchisees and regional operations partners
  • Understands the dual expectations and business goals of the DMA and the franchisees
  • Manage the “day-to-day” business with franchisees, maintaining knowledge on the key business conditions 
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with franchisee(s)
  • Ability to effectively problem solve and deal with conflict
  • Ensure strong relationships with media vendors
  • Excellent collaboration and persuasion skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop, present and execute an annual strategic plan
  • Track and communicate results to franchisees and adjust plans as the business requires
  • Follow processes and systems to ensure adherence to the timelines for the flow of work
  • Prepare and present Moroch’s recommendation, POV, and/or creative product to a range of franchisees 
  • Market designations will consist of 20+ mid-size and small DMA’s
