  • Overview

    Job Summary:

    The Integrated Traffic Coordinator works with various Moroch departments and outside vendors to provide accurate traffic information to television stations, radio stations, internet publishers, and any other new media vendors for all schedules in a timely manner.


    Education &/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or 1+ years related traffic experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.


    Software Requirements: Microsoft Office


    Language Skills:  Ability to read, analyze, and organize job duties, and communicate effectively.  Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.


    • Works with Account Service to determine which creative will run for each schedule and follows appropriate procedures to secure approval for trafficking                                                                 
    • Ensures creative requested is valid (ie: correct medium, use dates, market, talent, etc.)
    • Works with Moroch Production and national vendors on creative availability for shipping
    • Orders dubs from vendors insuring arrival at the correct stations in a timely manner
    • Generates broadcast traffic instructions in a timely manner for all flights indicating what, when and how to run spots.
    • Transmits traffic instructions to stations.
    • Everyday communication with stations (i.e., tracking, reships, discrepancies, and confirmation of revisions)
    • Responsible for filling miscellaneous dub requests
    • Checks invoices for correct quantities, spot numbers/titles and amounts
    • Resolves billing discrepancies (Station Invoices and Vendors)
    • Responsible for coding vendor’s purchase orders with accurate client, job and cost center
    • Enters traffic into Mediaocean for every buy
    • Resolves billing discrepancies with vendors
    • Delivers digital assets to vendors
    • Contribute to the communication & training of traffic for brand management teams
    • Returns all voice mail message and phone calls within 24 hours
    • Appropriately manages and is accountable for assigned markets within deadlines and on budget
    • Assist with other duties as assigned
