  • Qualifications

    Education &/or Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or 6+ years related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience
    • Experience with media planning and investing preferred

     Software Required: Microsoft Office


    Financial Management - As an Account Supervisor, you impact Moroch’s financial performance in five ways: 1) client revenue and profitability; 2) Incremental growth through existing clients, 3) Cost control, 4) Staff retention and 5) Participation in new business activity.

    • Achieve needed fee increases to meet Moroch goals/profit
    • Ensure Agency Standards for billing are being followed, strategic initiatives and media strategies have appropriate yearly budgets
    • Ensure client receivables are current
    • Create and manage staff development plans to minimize Moroch turnover and manage related

    Client Relationship Management - As Account Supervisor, you are responsible for building, protecting and growing Moroch’s relationship with assigned client(s).

    • Directly responsible for the ongoing relationship with the client; ensure regular communication occurs and anticipate and address potential client issues
    • Develop training for team in regards to their role and responsibility
    • Manage client’s “day-to-day” business needs – must be knowledgeable of key business issues, the competitive situation, industry trend, new product development and any other projects assigned to Moroch
    • Effectively and confidently balance the dual expectations and business goals of the client and of Moroch


    Analytical and Planning Abilities - As Account Supervisor, you are required to employ a range of thinking and decision-making approaches – “what if”, “end-in-mind”, “critical”, “trade-off” and “judicious” approaches to issues and initiatives, on a daily basis.

    • Ensure analytical resources are being used and are understood by team(s)
    • Ensure proper timing is allotted for planning, brainstorming, gathering insight and data
    • Lead the efforts in developing key points-of-view – internally and externally – relative to strategic/creative alternatives, client industries and issues; train teams on learning and developing this skill set
    • Must develop client strategies based on analytic and consumer based insights
    • By example and direct instruction, teach staff members to make clear, balanced and effective decisions


    Communication Skills - As Account Supervisor, you must be a strong communicator and capable of teaching others to be more effective communicators through written and verbal presentation.

    • Must be diplomatic by helping to solve problems within all levels of Moroch
    • Must be confident to take the lead role in extremely complex, strategic or sensitive situations
    • Must have the ability to effectively lead conflict resolution
    • Responsible for creating annual planning documents that are clear, factual and error free


    Presentation/Selling Skills - As Account Supervisor, you are expected to have the experience to professionally present information and material to the client in an engaging format and train team(s) to do the same

    • Must demonstrate a clear, comfortable, persuasive presentation style for both formal and informal audiences
    • Responsible for training and developing teams to be effective presenters.
    • Ensure the development of a rehearsal schedule for all presentations and adhering to the schedule.


    Moroch Processes - As Account Supervisor, you must think and care about the organization like an owner.  Commit to and upholds organizational values, even under difficult circumstances.  Works toward building commitment and loyalty to the organization among employees.  Sets an example by demonstrating care for employees and for the organization as a whole.

    • Make certain team members prepare thorough, accurate and timely internal communication: job opening, digital needs, creative briefs, media plan requests, to do lists and meet timelines
    • Make certain team members prepare thorough, accurate and timely external communications: minutes, pre-reads, marketing calendars, etc.
    • Review monthly billing to monitor projected versus actual costs and time accruals to minimize losses and/or write-offs.
    • Make certain team completes monthly billing in accordance with Moroch policy
    • Review monthly reconciled budgets to track client expenses versus revenue. Quarterly review budgets with leaders and ensure accuracy and timeliness of expenses
    • Submit expense reports timely and follow Moroch guidelines and policies for reimbursement
    • Adhere to Moroch Employee Handbook, located on SharePoint, for any other HR related issues
