  • Overview

    Job Summary: Account Executive will assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned account. This includes providing strategic input, gathering competitive information, opening and maintaining jobs and timelines, securing both clients and supervisors direction for initiating the job and assist with monthly traffic procedures. This position requires a self-motivated and knowledgeable account service leader and reports to the Partner on a daily basis to ensure flawless execution of all projects.

    Qualifications

    Education &/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 3+ years’ related advertising agency experience, or equivalent combination of education & experience

    Software Required: Microsoft Office

    Responsibilities

    • Work as a liaison with the media team for all media planning/buying needs across all markets
    • Manage media calendars and creative deliverables to ensure meeting client goals and deadlines
    • Lead coordination, management and execution of day-to-day campaign and project responsibilities on behalf of client, prioritizing and managing high volume of detailed work and providing excellent client service
    • Develop and maintain relationships, while working collaboratively with key influencers and influential organizations affecting the clients’ business. Be poised to provide recommendations on opportunities
    • Make presentations to clients, co-workers and outside organizations, as needed
    • Execute general administrative duties of day-to-day client advertising projects
    • Research tactical recommendations and develop presentations in the course of client planning process
    • Coordinates and processes requests with the appropriate contacts in cross-functional departments
    • Work closely with the Partner on jobs, projects, approvals, etc.
    • Maintain weekly marketing status reports on all open jobs
    • Maintain and monitor timelines for all jobs and projects
    • Assist traffic coordinator and account coordinator as needed on creative traffic procedures (proofing instructions, building traffic grid, updating METS, etc as needed)
    • Work closely with the Media team, provide logos, spots, copy, etc. as needed
    • Participate in training opportunities
    • Demonstrate a team player attitude by being flexible and responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, manage time efficiently and show enthusiasm for the agency, clients and the business

     

    General Duties:

    • Promote Brand Moroch
    • Participate in team activities with a positive and supportive demeanor
    • Return all email and phone calls within 24 hours
    • Provide recaps for client projects, meeting conference reports within 24 hours
    • Manage all projects on-time and on-budget
    • Control all G&A expenses as allowable
    • Complete expense reports within 30 days of expense being incurred
    • Provide Partner with continual feedback on self, team and client business
    • Adhere to all company policies
    • Assist with any and all projects/assignments as requested
    • Provide continual updates and input on projects and progress to Partner and team
